October 1990 brought us the first opportunity to meet Dr. Fred Eichelman and the Friends of Deanna Lund at the RoVaCon convention (organised by Dr. Eichelman) in Salem, Virginia. Deanna was one of the many special guests at the event, and attended with her daughter Kim and grand-daughter Phyllis. The event was even more special as Deanna and Giants Log were in town the same weekend that Dr. Eichelman's grandson William was born, and we visited mother and child in hospital the day afterwards.
This website is a tribute to Irwin Allen, the performers, the production crews, and the studios who made the television shows and movies a reality. It is also a tribute to all the people who help to keep these productions alive for future generations.
