HERALDING IN THE YEAR OF THE GIANTS
To celebrate the new year, we held a fancy dress party with a science fiction theme, and of course several of the costumes were inspired by Irwin Allen! This included the ridiculous image of us knotting a giant rope and attaching it to a giant safety pin! This rope has since been used on several occasions as a prop at our parties, including some threatening to leave by the window using the rope.
This website is a tribute to Irwin Allen, the performers, the production crews, and the studios who made the television shows and movies a reality. It is also a tribute to all the people who help to keep these productions alive for future generations.
