Notes:

No information, other than for creating address labels, is kept on computer. Your details will not be passed to any third party. This information is solely used to help choose pictures etc. that we think you will like according to your favourites listed.
A list of available back issues of IANN journals and specials is available on request.
Please note that we can only reply by post if sufficient return postage is sent.
If sufficient postage is sent we will aim to reply within 3 weeks (UK), 6 weeks (overseas). If you do not hear from us, please ensure that you have sent the correct postage.
Please do not send foreign stamps or cash for postage.
International Reply Coupons (IRC) can be bought at your local post office and must be date stamped by your post office in the left hand box. Each IRC converts to 87pence worth of stamps (as of 30 April 2012).
If you find it difficult to locate International Reply Coupons but have a confirmed PayPal address in the UK, US or Canada, please for details on how to send postage and packaging costs via PayPal. Membership packs can only be sent to the confirmed PayPal address that comes with payment. Note that PayPal is a cheaper way of sending shipping costs than IRCs (the post office retains a large proportion of the IRC cost).
We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post and any missing packages will be referred to the post office to resolve such issues. Please ensure that you put your return address on anything mailed to us. For your peace of mind, we offer Recorded or Signed For shipping both locally and internationally (see postage rates above).
US and Canadian residents can also have items shipped using Royal Mail Airsure which will give you online tracking of your membership pack when we send it to you (add an extra 7 international reply coupons or £5.40 if sending postage via PayPal).
