- This is actually a two-part miniseries usually shown over two consecutive nights or weeks, though occasionally it is shown in a single broadcast.
- First aired in the US on Monday 28 February 1983. Bizarrely, it aired earlier in the UK, on Sunday 17 and 24 October 1982.
- It was produced in 1979, but in fact held back from release until 1983. Cave In! followed a similar fate.
