Penny Robinson Season 1 Spacesuit

Angela Cartwright "Penny Robinson" Spacesuit with Gloves from Season 1 of Lost in Space (CBS TV, 1965-1968). Vintage original 1-piece futuristic spacesuit constructed of silver canvas fire blanket paneled jumpsuit with standing ring collar lined in red fabric and red corded ribbon ornamental piping around shoulders and at cuffs. Featuring zippered rough-hemmed pant cuffs, hidden zipper front closure running from standing ring collar to fly, and Velcro flap with the interior lined in red fabric, which closes over zipper. Integral cinching belts at hips. 20th Century Fox bias label handwritten, "Cartwright 1 8-5-99" and written on interior collar, "Cartwright 13." Worn in outer space sequences and promotional materials for the hit Sc-Fi TV series. Spacesuit exhibits age and production wear with metallic surface intact and fabric remaining supple. Spandex portion of gloves exhibit loss of most metallic surface material. In vintage Very Good to Fine condition. In vintage Very Good condition.
