The Time Tunnel was first broadcast in German in 1971 on the ARD television station. At that time, just 13 of the 30 episodes were shown and German viewers had to wait until the mid-90's to see all 30 episodes on a re-dubbed version shown on the SAT.1 station. Viewers from the early seventies have much regard and affection for the original 1971 German dubbing for the series. This box set includes a new booklet in German and the outer slip case has a holographic front cover.
