This is a "Galaxy Law Enforcement Officer" costume design created for Lost in Space Season 1, Episode 26: All That Glitters, originally aired on 6 April 1966. In this episode, Dr. Smith and Penny obtain a ring that will turn anything to platinum including Penny. Several pencil details handwritten and signed by Paul Zastupnevich.
