Oversize Unit Storyboard of Scenic Elevator Location Shooting from The Towering Inferno (Irwin Allen Productions, 1974). Vintage original oversize production unit storyboard of the Los Angeles set location for the stunt man's fall from the scenic elevator sequence from this classic Irwin Allen cliffhanger. The unit storyboard illustrates the elaborate outdoor set with crane positions, searchlights, stunt pads, and numerous safety teams, hand-drawn in ink and colored ink marker with handwritten captions in red ink. Signed by artist Joseph Musso at the lower center. Measures 27" x 21" and affixed to 4-ply artist illustration board measuring 40" x 30". Actual artwork reproduced on p. 445 of "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" by Jeff Bond, Creature Features 2019. Very Good, with border smudges, surface scuffs, slight edge toning, and bumps on the mount board. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
