Oversize Concept Artwork of Flooded Promenade Room from The Towering Inferno (Irwin Allen Productions, 1974). Vintage original oversize concept artwork featuring the deluge of water destroying the promenade room. The artwork is hand-drawn in graphite, charcoal, and watercolor on a leaf of illustration paper measuring 33.25" x 23.75" and affixed to 4-ply artist illustration board measuring 40" x 30". Actual artwork reproduced on p. 425 of "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" by Jeff Bond, Creature Features 2019. Very Good, with surface waviness of the illustration paper from mounting, border smudges, surface scuffs, slight edge toning, corner bumps, and wear of the mount board. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
