Laser pistol from City Beneath the Sea
Laser pistol from City Beneath the Sea (NBC-TV, 1971). Hand-held laser pistol with red painted main cylinder, machined metal barrel and side-mounted sight. Wooden handle has a recessed switch which operates four multi-colored lights on the top of the gun. The front barrel rotates, and appears to be attached to an internal rheostat (not currently connected) which may have allowed the lights to flash at one time. A fantastic working prop from this memorable Irwin Allen production.

Sold for $1,250 at the Profiles in History Hollywood Auction #19 on 30 July 2004.
