Original Concept Artwork of "Gemini 12" Crash Site from the Unaired Pilot "Nowhere to Hide" from Lost in Space (Irwin Allen Productions, 1965-1968). Vintage original concept art from Lost in Space in tempera and gouache with airbrush elements, measuring 12" x 34-½" indented to 15" x 38-½" on 4-ply artist board and glue tipped to a black archival mat hinged with transparent mylar overlay. The pre-production artwork depicts the "Gemini 12" crash site with crew members cultivating a garden, derived from the unaired pilot "No Place to Hide." Actual artwork reproduced on p. 185 of "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" by Jeff Bond, Creature Features 2019. Very Fine+. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
