Commander Fletcher Flight Into the Future

Lew Gallo "Commander Fletcher" Costume from Season 3, Episode 8: "Flight Into the Future" of Lost in Space (CBS TV, 1965-1968). Vintage original orange cotton 1-piece jumpsuit embellished with futuristic, ribbed soft-sculptural elements at collar, elbows, sleeve cuffs and knees. With orange elastic sleeve cuffs, pant leg cuffs and with zipper front closure running from collar to fly. Retaining partial Western Costume inkstamp on the interior of the right zipper panel. This costume was also featured in episodes of The Time Tunnel and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. Exhibiting age, production wear, some light fading, worn elastic and occasional loose seams. In vintage Very Good condition. Provenance: Butterfield & Butterfield June 29, 1998 Entertainment sale, Lot 6066. Accompanied by a LOA from renowned Hollywood collector Fuller French. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
