Giant Prop Screwdriver

Giant-sized Prop Screwdriver from Land of the Giants (ABC TV, 1968-1970). This is a truly "giant-sized" screwdriver with red handle of wood and metal pole shaft complete with flathead tip sed by Gary Conway as "Captain Steve Burton" to visually communicate that the human characters were dwarfed by their environment on the series, Land of the Giants. This Irwin Allen-produced series required a giant-sized $250,000 budget per episode. It measures 68 in. long x 8 in. diameter at the handle. It exhibits only minor wear commensurate with age and production use, but remains in very good condition.
